RC is one of the few companies that still understands what customer service is. One experience in which I entrusted the manufacturer to repair a broken skate for one of my customers, under warranty, backfired completely. I received a skate that was worse off than when it was sent to the company! RC came to the rescue and replaced everything good as new with almost no questions. The experience almost brought tears to my eyes but I don't even check with other distributors anymore. RC, you rock, please, please, please don't change that "customer first" attitude.
