I am a small business that hopes to grow, and I was doing most of my business with another distributor who did not take any time to help me. It felt like they didn't want my business at all, and my customers were left in the dark because of their long shipping times, and no customer service, I had no idea when to tell my customer their skates would arrive. One pair took almost 3 weeks to deliver, and the customer cancelled on me and I am eating the cost and am trying not to lose a customer. As a small business that's just terrible! I called RC sports just to try them out, and they never treated me like a small business. I have since switched almost all my business over, and with much happiness for me and my customers.
